Crispy Baked Garlic & Parmesan Steak Fries

Big hearty steak potato wedges coated in spices and parmesan cheese and baked to perfection! Dip in ketchup or your favorite spicy dipping sauce!




  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat
  3. Cut up the potatoes and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat
  4. Combine the spices and cheese in a small bowl and add to the potatoes. Again toss to coat
  5. Place the potato wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
  6. You can flip them over 3/4 of the way through if you’d like both sides golden brown
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce
