Cookware:
Cookware is especially important if you want to achieve superior end results with your cooking. I do not recommend non stick due to the controversy surrounding the coating. I use high quality stainless steel pots.
I also currently have 3 cast iron skillets that I use to death. Cast iron, as it ages, becomes your best friend. As a tip, do not EVER soak it in water or use soap on it. Wipe it down with a moist paper towel or moist back of sponge and season it every so often to ensure water doesn’t get in and ruin the pan.

Bakeware:
My favorite thing in the bakeware category has to be the silicone cups. You use these in place of the paper cups but what’s remarkable about them is they are re useable and nothing sticks to them, EVER! I use them in my kids lunches too as dividers and stuff them with everything from tuna fish to a small brownie to fruit.
