  1. Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over low-medium heat
  2. Remove the pan from the heat once everything has melted
  3. Chop up the chocolate bar into small pieces and add the oats, coconut, chocolate and vanilla
  4. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted
  5. Pour into a 9 x 9 glass pan and put in the fridge
  6. When set cut into bars
