Peanut Butter Cups




  1. Line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini liners
  2. Split the chocolate bar in half and then cut it up into small pieces (one part is used for the top of the peanut butter cup, the other is used for the bottom)
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 min @ 70% power. Stir and heat in 30 sec intervals until melted
  4. Spoon a tiny amount in the muffin tin (JUST enough to cover the bottom, no more)
  5. Freeze for 15 min
  6. Meanwhile, melt the peanut butter, butter and syrup over low heat until smooth and creamy
  7. Spoon a tiny amount on top of the chocolate (again JUST enough to cover)
  8. Bang the pan on the counter to smooth it out
  9. Freeze for 15 min
  10. Melt the remaining chocolate the same way and spoon on top of the peanut butter
  11. Freeze
