Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on Chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Dash Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and garlic powder to create a marinade.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate it overnight for more flavor.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off, and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook the chicken thighs in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes, flip the chicken thighs skin-side up. Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the chicken thighs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
