We all know our livers work extremely hard to protect us from toxins, but did you know, according to Dr. Wendie Trubow, if you’re having trouble losing weight your liver may be to blame?

  • 1 handful fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, cored
  • 23 icecubes
  • 1/2 cup water
