Begin by grabbing a nice big piece of sourdough bread and cutting horizontal and vertical slits.  Be careful not to cut all the way through!

Mix the Ingredients

Combine the artichoke hearts, sour cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, and spinach.

Stuff the bread

Be sure to get all that filling in there!

Wrap tightly in foil

Make sure your bread is completely covered before baking.
