- Whip the Egg Whites: In a medium bowl, whip the egg whites and water until frothy. This will help the sugar mixture adhere to the pecans.
- Mix the Sugar and Spices: In a separate large bowl, combine the sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Coat the Pecans: Add the pecans to the egg white mixture, stirring to coat them completely. Then, transfer the pecans to the sugar mixture and stir until all the pecans are evenly coated.
