This dressing is the best on top of salads, to dip French fries in, top off your ham and cheese sandwich – or of course on top of a Reuben!
- 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Organic Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Shallot, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Pickle Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Lemon Juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste (if desired)
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well. Taste for seasoning.
- Chill until ready to serve.
Can last 3 days in refrigerator
