- 6Â jalapeno peppers, rinsed, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 1 (8 ounce) Package Cream cheese, room temperature
- ¼ Cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ Cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ÂĽÂ Cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt and black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ÂĽ teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- To prepare jalapenos, start by wearing gloves and cutting the jalapeno in half lengthwise. Use the back of a spoon to remove the seeds and white membrane. Set aside.
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan cheeses, Garlic powder, chili, cayenne, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Use a spoon to fill each jalapeno halve to the edges with cream cheese mixture, just to the top, do not overlap.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375° Fahrenheit.
- Pour panko crumbs into a flat plate. Dip each jalapeno, cream cheese side down, into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place jalapenos in a single layer into your air fryer, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook jalapenos for 5-8 minutes.
