- 4 large bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
Marinade ingredients:
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
- ÂĽ Cup lemon juice + zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 2 teaspoon Fresh Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Dried thyme
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl.
- Rinse the chicken under cool water and place the chicken thighs in the bowl. Gently pat dry with paper towels (this allows the marinade to adhere better). Be sure to coat each thigh evenly with the marinade for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.Â
- When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 375°F, then add chicken pieces in a single layer without touching. This may take 2 batches.
- Cook them for 10 minutes, flip and cook another 10 minutes or until a thermometer reaches 165°F inside and the chicken is cooked through.
