Restaurant Style Homemade Salsa

  • 1 Cup Organic Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Organic Bell Pepper (I used red and green)
  • 5 cloves Organic Garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 (28 oz) Can Organic Crushed Tomatoes
  • 12 Chipotle Peppers (from can)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure cane sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Organic Lime Juice
  • Handful of Organic Cilantro or Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


  1. Begin by roughly chopping the onions, peppers and garlic
  2. Place them in a food processor and pulse a few times to break up the larger chunks
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse a more few times to your desired consistency
  4. Chill and serve with tortilla chips
