  • 1 sleeve of round crackers
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Begin by ensuring the Brie cheese is at room temperature for easy spreading.
  2. Start by placing a small amount of shredded or diced turkey on each round cracker.
  3. Take a small amount of room-temperature Brie and gently place it on top of the turkey on each cracker.
  4. Add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie-topped turkey. You can use more or less cranberry sauce according to your taste.
  5. Garnish the appetizers with fresh mint leaves if desired for a fragrant touch.
  6. Serve your turkey, brie, and cranberry crackers at room temperature. They can be enjoyed just as they are, without the need for baking.
