- 1 sleeve of round crackers
- 4 oz Brie cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by ensuring the Brie cheese is at room temperature for easy spreading.
- Start by placing a small amount of shredded or diced turkey on each round cracker.
- Take a small amount of room-temperature Brie and gently place it on top of the turkey on each cracker.
- Add a dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie-topped turkey. You can use more or less cranberry sauce according to your taste.
- Garnish the appetizers with fresh mint leaves if desired for a fragrant touch.
- Serve your turkey, brie, and cranberry crackers at room temperature. They can be enjoyed just as they are, without the need for baking.
