Turmeric, Ginger & Honey Tea

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • milk to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the turmeric and ginger. Cover and take off the heat. Let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain and add the vanilla, cinnamon, honey and milk.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes
