Ingredients

- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried turmeric
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- milk to taste
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of filtered water to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Add the turmeric and ginger. Cover and take off the heat. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain and add the vanilla, cinnamon, honey and milk.
- Enjoy!
Notes
