  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard-sized bread loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, beaten egg, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

  5. Pour about half of the BBQ glaze over the meatloaf in the pan, spreading it evenly to cover the top.
  6. Place the bread loaf pan on a baking sheet to catch any drips during baking.
  7. Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  8. Baste the meatloaf every 15-20 minutes with the remaining BBQ glaze to create a beautifully sticky and flavorful coating.Remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
  9. Serve it alongside your favorite mashed potatoes and green beans.
