  • 4 Slices Whole Wheat Italian Bread, crusts removed
  • 2 Cloves Whole Cloves of Garlic, peeled
  • 34 Tablespoons Butter
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, along with the peeled garlic, in a large sauté pan.
  2. When the butter is melted, add the bread and toss quickly so each piece gets a little butter and garlic on it.
  3. Sprinkle a little sea salt over the bread.
  4. Sauté, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
  5. Allow the croutons to cool on a paper towel and discard the garlic.
