- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts (filleted in half and flattened with a mallet, cut in 1″ chunks)
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs (Italian or Panko)
- 1/2 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH dried basil, thyme, garlic, onion powders
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces or strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and spices
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over low/medium heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and place next to the chicken and breadcrumbs.
- Dip the chicken pieces first into the butter and then the breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken oven using tongs and cook another 5 minutes or until cooked through.
