Banana Bread (Gluten, Dairy, Sugar Free)

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs, room temperature
  • 3 Large Overly Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk (you can substitute almond milk if dairy free)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Organic Flax Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour (GF) a loaf pan – set aside
  3. Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
  4. Combine the dry ingredients (including the nuts) in another bowl – whisk to combine
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine
  6. Pour into the loaf pan and bake anywhere from 40-50 min checking every 5 min until a knife comes out clean
