Gluten Free Chocolate Pudding



  • 2 ripe/overripe avocados
  • 1 ripe/overripe banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)
  • 1/23/4 cup whole milk


  1. Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the middle – place in food processor
  2. Peel and cut the banana – place in food processor, pulse
  3. Add the honey, vanilla, sugar and coffee (if using), pulse
  4. While pulsing, add the milk and pulse to the desired consistency. You may need to scrape the sides down once or twice
  5. Transfer to a small stainless steel bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
