Description

Making fajita seasoning at home requires just a few simple everyday spices – no MSG or preservatives and tastes so much better!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (I like to use smoked)
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, blend together chili powder, cornstarch, salt, paprika, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Transfer the seasoned mix to an airtight container or spice jar for storage.
  3. When ready to use, generously sprinkle the mix over chicken strips, sliced onions, and bell peppers. Cook in a skillet until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
