Description

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen organic strawberries (or freeze your own, between 1 ½ – 2 cups)
- 1 organic banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh organic lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3–4 teaspoons pure organic cane sugar
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, banana, lemon juice, vanilla, and sugar to a food processor. Pulse a few times to break up the frozen fruit.
- Blend for 2–4 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If the mixture is too thick or clumpy, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until it blends smoothly.
- Serve immediately as soft sorbet, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firmer.
