This has been my own personal grocery shopping list for more years than I can remember.
I've tried printing some I've seen on the internet but they just didn't seem to work for me. I finally decided to make my own to solve an age old problem I seem to have:
- I purchase groceries and forget what I was going to do with them!
Does that ever happen to you?  Well this list solves that problem.
- The right side has blank lines for you to write down all your ingredients
- The left side is to write down the meals you are planning to make with these ingredients
Once you are done shopping, simple fold the list in half and place the menu side on the fridge to refer to during the week.
