This 4 ingredient peanut butter and yogurt dip will change the way your (and especially your kids) eat! Totally addictive, totally healthy and totally unprocessed!
Do your kids love to dip as much as mine do?? I swear it’s in their DNA to dip.
Unfortunately not all dips are created equal though. Lots of the prepackaged ones are loaded with sodium, sugar, calories and the unmentionables. But if done right, and made at home, dips are a great way to ADD something nutritious to your kids diet.
One of the best feelings I get as a mom is when I give my kids something they both love and is good for them. This dip does just that. It is a blessing in disguise.
It has lots of great protein, both in the yogurt and the peanut butter. There’s no added sugar, it’s sweetened from the honey and balanced with the vanilla. But best of all, my kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!
It’s made with organic whole yogurt, all natural peanut butter (just nuts, no oils or additives), some honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
I’ll be honest, I’ve never had a issue getting my kids to eat fruit, especially my daughter. But since I started making this dip I have to make it in double batches now and put some aside in a small container and put it in the BACK of the fridge.
We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
